Your Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to enhance our Silicones division. This role involves:
  • Conducting diverse electrical and automation engineering tasks to optimize the performance of our chemical production units.
  • Providing engineering and technical support to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EI&C) teams to maintain operational safety and efficiency.
  • Maximizing production unit availability while adhering to quality standards.
  • Supporting instrumentation and automation systems within production units.
  • Consulting on capital projects and assisting in process and technology transfers.
  • Leading troubleshooting and debottlenecking initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Developing specifications, standards, and maintenance plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of electrical or instrumentation engineering, including applicable regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of Siemens Drives/PLC, Delta V, and E&H Instrumentation.
