Job Description

As a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (CFY) with Soliant Health, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients in Newark, Delaware. Your role will involve providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve communication, articulation, and swallowing function.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • An active Delaware state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or pending.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is preferred.
  • IEP experience and knowledge is preferred.
