**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes and community spaces.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and maintain the homes of our residents in Independent Living and Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment
- Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
- Clean lobbies/living rooms, including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash
- Clean classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
- Assist with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
- Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles
- Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
**Compensation:** $17/hour
