Work Schedule
Evening and weekend availability may be necessary depending on project demands.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or residential pest control
- Possession of a Texas Pest Control Commercial License and/or Certified Technician status
- Valid Texas Driver License with an acceptable driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provides maintenance and service to all assigned route customers in alignment with company standards and protocols.
- Informs customers about potential pest-related issues.
- Completes and submits daily service documentation as required.
- Reports any challenges faced during service routes to management.
- Communicates with the office daily for updates.
- Ensures proper inventory management of pesticides in use.
- Maintains service records in compliance with EPA regulations.
- Keeps service equipment and vehicle in clean and operational condition.
- Manages collections on overdue accounts.
- Stays informed about technical information regarding chemicals used and their applications.
- Remains knowledgeable about federal, state, and local pest control regulations.
- Completes all necessary training programs mandated by federal, state, local, and company requirements within designated timeframes for proper certification.
- Assists with other routes as directed by management.
- Works flexible hours as dictated by customer needs, including evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
- Undertakes additional duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
