About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Uftring Nissan. As a key member of our F&I Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through the sale of insurance products and other financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Disclose and sell insurance products to customers
  • Lease vehicles and convert customers to dealership financing
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve departmental goals
  • Promote maximum profitability in the department
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and ethically
Requirements
  • Previous dealership sales experience with above-average sales performance
  • Previous finance experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of the sales/delivery process
  • Above-average organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Our dealership operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until close, with Tuesday as a day off.
