Key Responsibilities:
The Configuration Management Analyst plays a crucial role within Envoy's Technical Services division, which offers technical support and documentation for various aircraft maintenance operations.
The individual in this role will be tasked with configuring Envoy's time control system (AEMES) to monitor maintenance needs, as well as ensuring that parts are accurately set up in the inventory system, adhering to hazardous material and shelf-life regulations.
Main Duties Include:1. Configuring and maintaining the Envoy time control system (AEMES)
2. Assessing and implementing modifications to the time control system as requested by engineering and maintenance teams
3. Establishing the logical framework within AEMES
4. Uploading all components for new aircraft into AEMES
5. Conducting quality assessments of new and existing software updates to AEMES
6. Implementing and maintaining approved inventory data in AEMES and the inventory system for hazardous material classification and shelf-life requirements.
7. Creating and modifying parts in M3.
8. Overseeing service bulletin statuses in AEMES.

Minimum Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with airline time control systems
- Familiarity with inventory policies, procedures, and interchangeability
- A minimum of three years of relevant maintenance experience
- Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of AEMES and inventory systems (Oracle)
- Compliance with 49 CFR (Identification and Transportation of Hazardous Materials)
