We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our Human Capital Management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day administration, upgrades, and maintenance of Workday.
- Create, manage, and support system standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to inform, prepare, and assist in the review, testing, and implementation of all system upgrades or patches.
- Provide Workday production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Participate in day-to-day administrative support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including answering Help Desk tickets, reviewing system updates, and maintaining system settings/configurations.
- Analyze multiple databases and aggregate workforce data to produce data visualization dashboards and reports.
- Audit, monitor, and maintain data integrity, identifying and implementing process improvements and recommending training to address corrective measures.
- Develop reports related to ongoing and ad-hoc requests for workforce data.
- Provide on-site and remote end-user training on HR processing in PDS, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resource, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a related field, including Workday experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company, knowledge of additional HR systems, and familiarity with project management structure/methodology.
