Requirements
  • Project Management Experience
    • Four or more years of project management experience.
  • Technical Skills
    • CAD experience in the detailing and design of product components and assemblies (sheetmetal design experience a plus).
    • Experience in broad collaboration with customers, Sales team, Production team, and external partners.
    • Experience in the product development of a manufactured product (building/architectural products preferred).
  • Soft Skills
    • Exemplary attention to detail with prior examples of delivering projects meeting time, cost, and quality metrics.
    • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
    • Proven success working with all levels of management.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
