Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in accordance with department protocols.
  • Review all necessary documentation to perform diagnostic procedures.
  • Participate in the training and development of staff and radiology students.
  • Accurately enter all applicable information into the computer system and charge for procedures.
  • Contribute to an effective quality management and quality control program for assigned area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate from a qualified Radiology Program.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
  • State of CT Licensure.
  • ARRT (R) Current CPR certification.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. They may frequently be required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and smell. They may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
