Job Title: Medical Oncology Specialist - Radiation Therapy

At Fusion HealthCare Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Specialist - Radiation Therapy to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiation oncologist to work in a supportive environment and deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $250,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in radiation therapy and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will be working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities to participate in ongoing professional development and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert radiation therapy services to patients with cancer diagnoses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and coordinate care
- Conduct follow-up consultations with patients to monitor progress and address concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Board certification in medical oncology and/or radiation oncology
- Current licensure to practice medicine in New York State
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
