Tower Foreman

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a skilled Tower Foreman to lead our construction efforts and ensure the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, implementing safety protocols, and driving project success.

• Lead and manage construction crews to meet production goals and ensure quality workmanship.
• Implement and enforce MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations, including site planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including site reports, timesheets, and closeout documentation.
• Travel to job sites as required, with occasional overnight stays.

• 5+ years of experience in construction, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving project goals.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb towers, lift 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
