We are currently seeking candidates for various roles in Overhead or Underground operations:
  • Distribution General Foreman, Foreman, Journeyman & Apprentice Lineman
  • Transmission & Substation General Foreman, Foreman, Journeyman & Apprentice Lineman
  • Leadman

  • Laborer
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Completion of lineman school or lineman certification along with any prior apprenticeship hours is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. A Class A CDL is required.
  • Must successfully complete both an oral and written examination, as well as a proficiency demonstration to assess position level.
  • Ability to provide personal tools and gear; rubber goods will be supplied by the company.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks safely.
  • Able to travel on a short-term basis as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely execute all tasks related to high voltage electrical lines.
  • Experience in basic maintenance, including routine inspections, modifications, installations, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and facilities.
  • Knowledge of climbing techniques and procedures, care and inspection of transmission structure hardware, tools, gear, and various equipment, as well as construction and installation of poles and components.
  • Skills in digging, guying pole structures, maintenance procedures, conductor handling/rigging and splicing, tower erection, and more.
  • All positions require participation in a federally compliant FMSCA drug and alcohol testing program, including pre-employment and ongoing random testing.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
