Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Nursing Student Tutor to join our team at the University of St. Francis.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Use the Socratic Method to guide student learning and facilitate critical thinking.
  • Model good study habits and lead by example.
  • Provide individualized support to students, encouraging them to seek help when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Status as a current USF student in good standing.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Consistent academic success in relevant content areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the subject area.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay rate for this position is $14. The number of hours worked per week may vary. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your professional network.
