We're seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a BCBA, you'll play a critical role in providing collaborative, compassionate care to our learners and promoting the best outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

As a BCBA at LAC, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for ABA and commitment to excellence. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment packages, utilizing naturalistic teaching strategies, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Encompassing behavior analytic content.
  • Active BCBA Credential: Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
Salary and Bonus

$90,000/year + monthly bonus.
