Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at The Resolution Group, Inc. as a Behavioral Health Therapist specializing in treating survivors of sexual abuse and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • License to practice as a therapist in Arizona
  • Experience working with trauma and abuse cases
  • EMDR, Sand Tray, or Play Therapy certifications a plus
