Position Overview
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality nursing care across various departments. Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in specialized areas including:
- General Medicine
- Oncology
- Cardiology
- Surgical Services
- Behavioral Health
- Orthopedics
- Neurology
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development and support the onboarding of new staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical documentation standards.

Qualifications
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required within five years of hire.
• A minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience is necessary.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Physical Requirements
