Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Education and Training: Provide educational programs and training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in cardiology and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years relevant experience; Cardiology or procedural experience preferred.
- Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekends or holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
