Loan Specialist

Westamerica Bank is seeking a skilled professional to handle title-related tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on title issues, utilizing bank and DMV databases to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs to guarantee that all titles are perfected and released on time.
• Collaborate with DMV, dealerships, and bank personnel to resolve customer title issues and ensure correct title releases.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan and title status.
• Prepare and send emails, statements, and letters to customers and bank personnel regarding loan and title updates.

Requirements:

• One year of general business experience, preferably in banking, DMV, or a car dealership.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including financial information, databases, and Microsoft Word.
