Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Papa John's restaurant team in San Antonio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality products, and restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of the restaurant, including customer service, quality control, and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional results, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other controllable expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of successful restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic accounting and cash management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
