Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Administrative Assistant. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by handling key administrative tasks across multiple shifts each day. This position offers flexibility with 15-20 hours per week, with three shifts available daily, each ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
