KETT ENGINEERING CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Automotive Test Engineer to join our team. As a test driver, you will operate technically advanced pre-production vehicles on public roads while performing full vehicle evaluations.
You will be responsible for identifying any issues related to the powertrain, quality of build, functionality, and design of vehicle systems. Your role will involve driving on designated routes for 8-10 hours, participating in all vehicle testing, and maintaining safety and security procedures.
- Drive vehicles in an extremely safe manner, obeying all laws of the road.
- Maintain accurate records of each vehicle during assigned shifts.
- Participate in special tests as required.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license for at least 5 years, with no major traffic citations or accidents for the past three years. You must also pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
We are looking for a reliable individual who can work well in a team environment, follow directions, and execute tasks accurately.
