Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Resident Services team at Madison House. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Perform non-invasive resident treatments
Administer medications and provide assistance as needed
Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
Requirements:
Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Washington
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
