CNC Machinist

This CNC machinist position involves operating cylindrical grinding machines to perform machining operations according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Fanuc or OSP and be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, stage drawings, and job orders.

Safety protocols must be followed at all times, including Health & Safety rules for machining operations.

Loading and unloading workpieces into the machine requires attention to detail and manual dexterity.

A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

• Proficient in operating CNC grinding machines, specifically with experience using Fanuc or OSP.
• Minimum 1 year experience of operating Doosan, Okuma or similar grinding machines.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with various types of tooling used in CNC machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, stage drawings, and job orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour.

40 hours per week, 8-hour shift. Night Shift.
