CNC Machinist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team at ARC Products Global. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various machines, performing quality inspections, and maintaining equipment in accordance with established procedures.

The CNC Machinist Specialist will operate multiple pieces of equipment during production, ensuring quality output and minimal unplanned stops. You will read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Additionally, you will perform pre-operation actions to ensure proper equipment startup and operation.

• Operate and monitor multiple machines during production to ensure quality output and minimal downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
• Perform necessary pre-operation actions to ensure proper equipment startup and operation
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Conduct quality inspections, follow reporting and record-keeping procedures, and report problems to the supervisor

• 4+ years of experience in CNC machine operation
• 2+ years of experience in CNC setup (preferably recent)
• 4+ years of experience with quality checks and systems
• Reliable transportation
• Steady work history

Our company offers a competitive salary starting at $18/hour, depending on experience. The working schedule is 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, 1st shift.
