Senior Sales Representative

Lobel Financial Corporation is a dynamic and growing company in the automotive finance sector, seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated geographic area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with automotive dealers, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Dealer Relations: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with automotive dealers, providing them with valuable insights and support.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealerships, expanding Lobel Financial's network and increasing our market share.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions to drive growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with dealers, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to drive business success.
- Travel and Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with dealers through regular visits, staying connected with key decision-makers, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in automotive finance or subprime finance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on dealer-centric approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
