About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practices in critical care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Acute Care ICU
- Proficiency in critical care procedures, including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
