Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in a high-volume call center environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high inbound and outbound call volume, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Take detailed notes from each call, accurately documenting customer information and project details
  • Accurately input customer information into our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Provide sales support for schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
