Metal Fabrication and Assembly Specialist

Position Overview:

Adecco is currently seeking skilled metal fabricators and machine operators to support our client in the manufacturing sector. Candidates may have opportunities for cross-training in both Assembly and Fabrication departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various metalworking machinery.
  • Assemble components such as locks, slides, drawers, screws, trim, handles, casters, and liners using hand tools.
  • Package subassemblies as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Measure parts accurately as needed.
  • Lift materials up to 50 lbs and maintain standing position for the duration of the shift.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays. 1st shift hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM at a rate of $17.50 per hour. 2nd shift hours are from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM at a rate of $19.50 per hour.


Compensation and Benefits:

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour. Our associates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that best meets their individual needs. Eligible associates may receive paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and Holiday pay as applicable.
