Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our Pediatric Clinic team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the lobby area and provide assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
  • Process incoming calls for appointments and handle multi-line telephone/extension numbers.
  • Have a basic understanding of in-network insurance guidelines and medical billing to better serve patients.
  • Implement and enforce new policies and procedures within the department as directed.
Qualifications
  • High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area.
  • 12-18 months related experience and/or training, and 7-11 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
