Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Design Professional to join our team at Tech USA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Engineering: Provide top-notch design and engineering work, including drafting plans and implementing system concepts.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and leadership roles.
  • Licenses and Certifications: PE License preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Salary Estimate: $150,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
