About the Role:
WSP, a leading engineering and professional services firm, seeks a highly skilled Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to join its team in the Atlanta office. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to lead complex electrical systems projects, utilizing their expertise in designing high-performance power and building systems.

As a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions to clients worldwide. With 12+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center buildings, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical and professional deliverables. Your extensive knowledge of engineering techniques and advanced analytical skills will enable you to solve complex technical problems and lead project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex power and building systems, including generator plants, medium voltage distribution, uninterruptible power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding.
• Collaborate with internal project discipline teams, equipment vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis.
• 12+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center buildings.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adhering to company policies and procedures.
