  • Identify and define strategic, core, and support processes that span functional and organizational boundaries; outline external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and detail the people, resources, and controls involved in these processes.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to utilize automation for tasks such as regression testing, thereby enhancing overall quality prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Engage with business partners and product managers to establish test scenarios for UAT.
  • Oversee UAT execution, coordinating between business testers and IT development teams.
  • Document testing outcomes and ensure timely execution and approval of test scenarios.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Proficiency in process documentation, automation, and digital transformations affecting partners, channels, and distributors.
  • Experience in modeling business processes using various tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of systems that support high-tech business processes for partners, channels, and distributors, including Partner Onboarding and Deal Registration.
  • Expertise in crafting User Stories and translating business requirements into actionable User Stories for development teams.
  • Ability to serve as a liaison, effectively communicating the information needs of the business to IT and vice versa; balancing business strategy with IT strategy, and aligning business initiatives with IT initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, or Salesforce PRM is preferred.
  • Capability to identify structural issues within an organization, including functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively at all organizational levels, including written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • A comprehensive, enterprise-wide perspective of the business, with an appreciation for strategy, processes, and enabling technologies.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively at all organizational levels and influence others towards consensus.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite of Productivity Tools.
  • PMP and SCRUM certifications are advantageous.

Educational Background:

  • A college diploma or university degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
