About the Role:As a Tax Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing individual and business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Providing expert tax research and analysis to support clients and staff.
- Mentoring and training staff members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure proactive tax planning and preparation.
To be successful as a Tax Supervisor, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm.
- A CPA designation and/or EA certification, with MST being an added advantage.
- A strong background in reviewing individual and business tax returns.
- Experience in tax research and analysis.
- Prior involvement in training and mentoring staff.
