Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our team in providing high-quality therapy services to clients with communication disorders. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to assist in therapy sessions, assessments, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions based on SLP-developed plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to support client progress.

  • Assist in assessments, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to inform treatment plans and monitor client progress.

  • Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure coordinated care and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed session notes and reports, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • SLPA certification or equivalent, with a strong foundation in speech-language pathology principles and practices.

  • Experience in clinical or educational settings, with a focus on working with clients with communication disorders.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
