We are seeking a skilled Meat Wrapper to join our team at Greer's Markets. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and store meat products in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow established wrapping and weighing standards to maintain product quality
- Fully stock and rotate all meat cases to meet customer demand
- Develop a thorough understanding of meat quality and grading to provide expert advice to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product usage, including cooking methods and recipe suggestions
- Safely operate all power equipment and machinery
