Job Description
We are seeking experienced Pediatric ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse, a BSN degree or higher, and experience working in a Pediatric ICU environment. Certifications such as PALS and ACLS are also highly valued. In addition, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
