Momentum, a leading nonprofit provider of direct support services in Southern California, is seeking a skilled Caregiver Floater to join our team.

This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver Floater, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations throughout the South Region, including Buena Park, Santa Ana, and Lomita.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines, promoting independence and dignity
  • Travel to various locations as assigned, providing care and support to individuals in need

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities an asset
