Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a qualified Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing individualized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities;
  2. Notifying management of any changes in resident condition and collaborating with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans;
  3. Engaging residents in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as relevant experience working in a senior care setting. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing person-centered care.
