We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at LifeStance Health.
About the Role:
- We offer a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, with a comp range of $356,000-$470,000.
- This is a W2 employed position with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with 4% match.
- We also offer a sign-on bonus and a Clinician Long Term Incentive Program.
- Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a Psychiatrist who shares our values.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed in Washington.
- Board certified (BC), unencumbered DEA.
- BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience in both medication management as well as therapy.
- Must reside in Washington.
Location and Schedule:
- We have locations throughout the area to make commuting easier.
- Our offices are beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out.
- We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules, including Monday - Friday with weekends optional.
- We also offer in-person and hybrid flexibility.
