Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Acute Care team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
  • Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor certification.
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Direct patient care experience.
