Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care coordination.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
