- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal patient care.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of primary care physicians and staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in primary care, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary care leadership, with a proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
