About the Role:

The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. This includes daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and windows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintaining outside grounds
  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

  • Ability to be active on feet for at least 5 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
