Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in Elementary School

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a contract assignment in an elementary school in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication skills in educational environments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address students' areas of need.
  • Provide direct intervention services to a caseload of students in individual or group settings.
  • Monitor students' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to integrate intervention strategies into the classroom and daily routines.
  • Offer consultations and training to teachers, parents, and staff members on strategies to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and service logs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred.
  • Hold a Maryland SLP license.
  • Be eligible for, or hold, a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
