Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a contract assignment in an elementary school in Columbia, MD.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication skills in educational environments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address students' areas of need.
- Provide direct intervention services to a caseload of students in individual or group settings.
- Monitor students' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to integrate intervention strategies into the classroom and daily routines.
- Offer consultations and training to teachers, parents, and staff members on strategies to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and service logs.
- Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred.
- Hold a Maryland SLP license.
- Be eligible for, or hold, a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
