Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality laser treatments to clients, following established protocols and safety standards.
- Manage client files, photos, and information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Comply with all safety standards, including indications and contraindications for treatment.
- Prepare for daily sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Document follow-up, documentation, and endpoints accurately.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators.
- Discuss upselling opportunities with clients.
- Complete company learning and development requirements.
- Represent Removery LLC's brand, mission, and culture.
- Perform other administrative-related tasks as required.
- Active RN License in the state of OH.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
