As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective laser treatments to our clients, educating them on the tattoo removal process, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality laser treatments to clients, following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Manage client files, photos, and information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Comply with all safety standards, including indications and contraindications for treatment.
  • Prepare for daily sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Document follow-up, documentation, and endpoints accurately.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Discuss upselling opportunities with clients.
  • Complete company learning and development requirements.
  • Represent Removery LLC's brand, mission, and culture.
  • Perform other administrative-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Active RN License in the state of OH.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
