Position Overview:
As an On-Site IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our clients. This position involves providing direct support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure operational efficiency of system equipment.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to hardware installation, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and installations.
  • Educate clients on the proper use and upkeep of their systems and equipment.
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel for follow-up actions and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding both administrative and technical project matters.

Job Type: Contract (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
