Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs using appropriate tools.
  • Change air-conditioning filters regularly to maintain optimal performance.
  • Inform management about significant repairs or enhancements required for lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Conduct maintenance on heating systems, air-conditioning units, and boilers to guarantee guest comfort.
  • Execute standard preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Program communication equipment according to hotel specifications.

  • Address minor maintenance issues and escalate major concerns to management.
  • Track completed maintenance tasks and maintain adequate stock of commonly used parts and supplies.
  • Inspect and resolve minor issues in communal areas.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency protocols and ensure safe handling of all equipment and chemicals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures relevant to your role.
  • Report to work punctually, dressed appropriately, and in line with company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
