Job Summary

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee apartment maintenance in Richmond, VA. This role involves ensuring timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to achieve property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and complete apartment work orders and turnovers
  • Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Assist in common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance
  • Complete preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are in working order
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in residential community or similar
  • CFC & HVAC certification required
  • Training in plumbing and electrical
  • Working knowledge and experience in general apartment maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
