About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician with Advantage xPO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair various systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform repairs and replacements of equipment and systems as needed, ensuring all work is done to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including lifts and ladders, to access and work on equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including paperwork and inventory management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including storage areas and equipment rooms.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, such as landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care.
- Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Valid driver's license to travel between property sites.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour.
