Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing life insurance market penetration with our current members and property/casualty insureds, while identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize life insurance market penetration with current members and property/casualty insureds
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within the community
  • Maintain high quality production and persistency standards to assure profitable growth
  • Provide life sales support and training on lead development and identification for frontline employees, Insurance Sales Agents, and other staff
  • Stay well-informed of changes and developments in policy and/or external practices
  • Develop annual business plan with input and involvement from the Life Sales Manager to meet goals and determine responsibilities
Requirements
  • Active State Resident Life Insurance License
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuity Sales (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with peers and staff
  • Computer skills in basic software applications and navigating business applications specific to life insurance
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, onsite position that requires working in an office environment sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane, or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
